The Cancellation and Payment Policy applies to all properties under Themis Mudhouse.
Payment Terms
For the purposes of this Privacy Policy:
- Guests will be required to pay 40% of the total booking amount at the time of booking.
- The remaining 60% will be payable at the time of check-in.
Collecting and Using Your Personal Data
1. Cancellation 7 days or more before check-in.
- Guest can cancel the booking.
- 100% refund of the amount paid will be applicable.
2. Cancellation more than 3 days but less than 7 days before check-in.
- Guest may request cancellation.
- No cash/card refund will be provided.
- A credit note equivalent to the amount paid will be issued.
- The credit note will be valid for 6 months from the date of issue and can be adjusted against a future booking.
- Rescheduling, if requested, will be subject to availability and resort approval.
3. Cancellation within 3 days of check-in.
- No cancellation will be accepted.
- No refund or credit note will be provided.
- Any rescheduling request within this period will also be subject to the resort’s discretion and availability.
