     THEMIS Terms & conditions -

    1.Couple I.D proof at the time of check-in.

    2. Cancellation Policy: You may request a rescheduling of your booking by submitting your request at info@themishouse.in atleast 3days before your confirmed booking. Rescheduling will be honored subject to availability of room on the proposed date.

    Money refund is not possible in any of the above given cases

    On Saturday, rescheduling will not be entertained

    In any ungovernable situation, if we are unable to oblige your booking and cancel it, we shall reimburse the amount paid by you.

    3. Payment Terms:
    • 100% advance payment is required before check-in.
    • Cash payments will not be accepted at the venue under any circumstances.

    4. Guest Policy:
    • Extra guests will be charged ?5,000 per person.
    • The number of guests must be confirmed at the time of reservation—last-minute additional guests will not be accommodated.

    5. Stay Guidelines:
    . We provide a homely and eco-friendly experience for our guests.
    • Self-check-in and self-check-out are recommended for a seamless experience.
    • Guest services will be provided by 2 chefs, 1 service staff, and 1 housekeeping staff.

    6. Food Policy:
    • We offer home-style food, available only through pre-orders. Additional requests will depend on availability.
    • Guests are welcome to order food from Zomato or Swiggy at their convenience.
    • Guests may bring their own food, drinks, and snacks.

    7. We call our guests a day before their check-in for confirmation. However, you are also requested to call us again a day before your stay for confirmation of timings, route, address, etc.

    8. This property is pet friendly. You can bring 1 pet along. Guest will have to take care of the pet and its food. Food for pets will not be provided from the farmhouse.

    9. We don’t take stags bookings. Your booking shall stand canceled if it is a stags group.

    10. Kitchen closes at 10:30 pm. Please give your final order before 10:30 pm. Microwave is available for re-heating of food.

    11. Some activities may not be functional due to reasons beyond our control.

    12. Menu is subject to change without any prior notice.
