The journey of Themis started in 2015 when we decided to embark on a new adventure in the food industry. I am Sumeet Dabas, the face behind Themis, and this is our story. At Themis, we always strive to provide the best quality, ambience and experience to our guests. With the great success of Themis Barbecue House in Delhi, I decided to provide a best staycation destination to the people of Delhi-NCR. Thus, we launched Themis Mudhouse- An Ethnic Resort where we provided village vibes to the guests. Introducing mud cottages to the guests where they can relax and rejuvenate, people poured their love on us in both restaurant and resort concept. Themis Barbecue House in Panipat, in Karnal and Themis Mudhouse Nature's Resort in Singhpura(Rohtak) opened to guests in consecutive years. People's appreciation of Themis gave us strength to continue working hard to provide exemplary services and experience to our guests. We're always looking for new ways to serve our guests. Themis Greek House is our new restaurant in Murthal, Sonipat where we are launching an authentic Santorini and Mykonos theme based restaurant. Themis Greek House, spread over an area of 30,000 sq. ft, will offer an à la carte menu to the guests. We intend to extend the offerings at Murthal from Dhaba styled food to fine dining concept & thus introducing a new era of food and ambience at Murthal highway. Themis Barbecue House in Ambala will maintain a similar theme, with a focus on barbecue dishes. Our next stop is in Chandigarh, Morni Hills, Gurgaon, where we aim to provide a luxury experience with a variety of food, live music, terrace sitting, and more.
