The concept is derived from vernacular Mediterranean Greek style architecture rendered in rustic hues of blues and whites. The entry to the property is through a good rustic Food Street visualized like Mykonos with cobbled paving, a café, and a pizzeria to create a festive outdoor ambiance that is engaging for the visitor. Brands like BTW, Athenz Pizza, and Dosa Plaza are present on this street.
Themis Greek House, spread over 30,000 sq. ft. property, is envisioned as a food destination on the highway that offers world cuisine in a bespoke interior that reminds you about the romantic Greco-Latin getaways. Themis Greek House features a grand double-height structure with a mezzanine that houses a Bar which works as a private dinner place. The facade building concept too is visualized in Greek vernacular style with elements of blue against a white plaster background interspersed with botanical elements that leave a visual impact on the highway traveller. The Greek garden concept is extended to the outdoor area facilitating open-air lounging and featuring a poolside DJ and lawn for parties of up to 300 pax.
With the showcase project on the highway, Themis group aims to create massive on-ground branding to leverage the brand to the next level.
